Pastor/Coach Josh Estremera

Founder & Headmaster

Pastor/Coach Josh “Coach E” Estremera is a Founder and the Headmaster of Family Life Academy. He brings years of experience in education, leadership development, ministry, and working directly with youth and families.

At FLA, Coach E helps lead the vision and direction of the academy while creating an environment centered on growth, opportunity, character, and preparing students for their futures. His passion for developing the next generation is deeply connected to the mission behind Family Life Academy and the opportunities it seeks to provide every student.

In addition to his leadership at FLA, Coach E serves as Senior Pastor of Family Life Bible Church. He is the husband of Kallie Estremera, father of Joshua Jr. and Ivalisse, and son of Hiram and Emma Estremera.

For Coach E, Family Life Academy is more than a school—it is a family committed to helping students learn, grow, and discover what they are capable of achieving.

Mr. Julian Riley, Director of Community Relations and Workforce Development

Mr. Julian Riley

Co-Founder · Director of Community Relations & Workforce Development

Mr. Julian Riley is a Co-Founder of Family Life Academy and serves as the Director of Community Relations and Workforce Development. He brings extensive experience working within the community and a strong commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young people.

His work at FLA focuses on connecting students with experiences, resources, relationships, and workforce development opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom. His passion for community involvement and youth development plays an important role in preparing Working Gators for both their education and their future careers.

Mr. Riley is also a local Hall of Fame member at Lakewood High School and attended both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida.

His combination of community leadership, education, athletics, and workforce development helps strengthen FLA’s mission of connecting students with real-world opportunities for success.

Ms. Holly Haggerty, Director of Curriculum and Student Advancement

Ms. Holly Haggerty

Director of Curriculum & Student Advancement

Ms. Holly Haggerty serves as Family Life Academy’s Director of Curriculum and Student Advancement, bringing more than 25 years of experience in education and a lifelong passion for helping students succeed.

Throughout her career, Ms. Haggerty has developed curriculum supported by successful student outcomes and has taught, coached, and supported hundreds of students and fellow educators. Her extensive educational experience helps guide FLA’s approach to curriculum, instruction, academic growth, and student development.

As a representative of Education Coaching Services, she brings additional expertise and resources to the academy while helping ensure students receive meaningful and effective learning experiences.

With a particular passion for literacy and personal development, Ms. Haggerty is focused on helping every Working Gator continue to grow academically and personally.

Mr. Zack Roegiers, Dean of Student Affairs and Athletic Director

Mr. Zack Roegiers

Dean of Student Affairs & Athletic Director

Mr. Zack Roegiers serves as the Dean of Student Affairs and Athletic Director at Family Life Academy. He brings years of experience working with students of different ages, along with a strong background in coaching and mentorship.

His role combines student development, athletics, accountability, and relationship-building to help create an environment where students can grow both inside and outside the classroom.

Mr. Roegiers is especially passionate about giving young people opportunities and experiences that can positively shape their futures. He views athletics as more than competition—it is a platform for teaching teamwork, discipline, leadership, perseverance, and personal responsibility.

Through student affairs and athletics, Mr. Roegiers helps Working Gators develop the skills and confidence they need to become successful students, athletes, and young leaders.

Through Buildvance Digital, Kenneth and Michael help ensure FLA’s digital presence reflects the academy’s mission while providing the tools and systems needed to support its continued growth.

Their partnership with Family Life Academy is centered on using technology to strengthen communication, expand opportunities, and build scalable solutions that can grow alongside the academy and its Working Gators.
